Principles of Commercial Law

This book addresses the fundamental principles and concepts of commercial law, from both a theoretical and practical perspective. In so doing, it provides an overview of the legal framework within which businesses operate. The topics range from South African law and its sources, to business enterprise structures, to rules and regulations governing contracts – from inception to termination.
