At EDGE Education, we’re committed to delivering quality products and clear service. In line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the following terms and conditions apply to returns, exchanges and cancellations of products purchased through our platform:
Print products: We accept returns or exchanges of print products only if the item is defective or damaged, or if the incorrect item was delivered. If this happens, please notify us in writing within ten (10) business days of receiving your order, so that we can assist you with the returns process if approved.
Digital products (eBooks and CourseBooks™): Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded. As such, we encourage you to double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Order confirmation: By completing the order process, you confirm that you’ve reviewed your selection and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Upon delivery, please review your items to ensure that they are correct before distributing them to students/clients. If any items are found to be incorrect or if there are discrepancies with your order, please contact us in writing within ten (10) business days from the date of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the materials being considered accepted as correct.

We work with multiple delivery partners to offer delivery options based on your delivery address. At checkout, you’ll be able to choose between door-to-door delivery and PAXI collection, where available.
Our printed products are produced on demand, so the estimated delivery time shown includes both the time needed to prepare your order and the time needed to deliver it to you.
Door-to-door delivery
Choose this option to have your order delivered directly to your selected address.
Please note that door-to-door delivery requires a physical street address. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, PostNet suites, private bags or other postal addresses.
Depending on your delivery address, you may see 2–3 door-to-door delivery options at checkout:
- Standard Delivery – Our most cost-effective door-to-door option. Your order is estimated to arrive within up to 8 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is received.
- Express Delivery – For quicker service, choose this option. Your order is estimated to arrive within up to 6 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is received.
- Premium Express Delivery – Need it urgently? Choose our fastest delivery option. Your order is estimated to arrive within up to 5 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is received.
PAXI collection
PAXI collection is our most affordable delivery option, but it does take longer than door-to-door delivery.
With this option, you can collect your order from a nearby PAXI collection point. At checkout, the system will suggest the 3 closest PAXI collection locations based on the delivery address you provide. You’ll then be able to select your preferred collection point.
Your order is estimated to be ready for collection within 16–17 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is received. You’ll receive an SMS when your parcel is ready for collection.
Delivery outside South Africa
While we do accept orders from outside South Africa, please note that delivery times may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Please also keep in mind that customs or import fees are not included in the order placed on our Online Shop or in the delivery quote, unless specifically stated otherwise.
